Well, today it came in the way of a much needed nap. :)
I must admit, I slept this afternoon. I mean I am just getting to my school work, and I had a quiet afternoon with Ruth at a friend's house. I slept in my comfy chair, with some of my favorite music playing on the laptop. I was supposed to be reading, but well, I guess sleep was a higher priority. :) I feel a little fuddle minded, but I am more relaxed than I have been in awhile.
One of my friends at church gave me some advice this morning. "Take one small bite, chew it an swallow," Dave advised. "Before long, you will find a big chunk missing." I liked his way of thinking. I mean this is a guy whose wife has battled cancer 9she lost her dad 2 weeks ago to cancer), whose son had a near fatal car accident about 6 weeks ago, and has gone to school while working full time. If he can smile and see the other side of the coin, I certainly can.

One at a time...and it will be done and everything's gonna be alright..
How we deal with life is really a matter of personal choice, so choose to be happy Tita..then find joy in the simplest things and see beauty in each person you meet..when times are difficult, remember or remind yourself that no pain comes to you without a purpose.
I am glad you had that nap!
Sleep is good. :-)
