Here is my journey to find out what makes me unmistakable, what brings me joy... and to release the thoughts in my head.

Is it wrong?

To keep a dying moth in a glass jar?

Ruth and I found a dying, or so I thought, moth yesterday morning. Sam, the dog, was trampling it on the porch while waiting to come inside. Ruth loves to collect insects, and so I let her take it to keep. I thought it would be dead soon, and she would have a nice specimen for her collection.
As I am sitting here, almost 24 hours later, I see , out of the corner of my eye, a movement in the jar. It is s soft fluttery movement. It does not have much strength at all, sort of like yesterday.

I just hope that when I stand in judgement, this won't be held against me...

Hmmm...could it be that the lesson is the moth is still fluttering, hanging onto life, even though it has spent most of the remainder of its life in a glass jar? Rather than give up, it continues to try to fly?

I love your blog, Cindy. LOVE IT. And, because I'm such a little rule-keeper, I didn't tag you yesterday for the five things meme because then I would have had to think of four more people. LOL!

BUT! Consider yourself tagged. I want to know what you will do with a million dollars. Stop by my place for the meme!

I'm pretty sure this is acceptable to do. Although you could consider keeping it alive to watch. But I'm pretty sure you won't be held accountable for the moth ;)
