I wanted to share some sunshine with you all. Here are some sunflowers from my home:
My sister Kathy read about this icecream place not terribly far from my home in a magazine. For her the drive would be four hours one way. For me, well, I drive by fairly often. So, I figured I would stop one evening and take some photos. Okay, I stopped and paid a high price for a great yummy. I will admit that. I also would have loved to take a wagon ride with Kathy, but I settled for a waffle bowl sundae. If ever get the chance you should know: this field is something to see.

How pretty! =) I've been trying to grow tomatoes for two months now...I think I'm cultivating very tall weeds...hmmm...
Gran Torino!! That's a good suggestion. I didn't see the movie, but I heard amazing things about it. Need to netflix it.
Oh, HOW I WISH I COULD TAKE A WAGON RIDE WITH YOU!!!!!!!!! Thank you for the beautiful photo. I am so sorry I didn't get there. Next year I'm planning my summer to include a visit to see you, my dear sister and catch some sunshine in flower form. I love you!!
