Another change

Things never stay the same around here. With a large brood, there is always something going on.

The men folk have arrived home. They are filled with stories of their adventure, and photos to help others know of the wonders they saw. Some of the photos are majestic, some whimsical, and others could make one think "oh, that again?". :)

Ruth is at her first overnight camp. She will be gone until Wednesday morning. It is quiet here, without her. Almost he same quiet as when the men were gone, but different. I have time to do the things I need to, like schoolwork. There is a chance to have adult conversation, without worrying about interruptions of a little girl with needs. (Yesterday it was the cat biting her. Imagine that her baby being so awful as to bite her. I mean really, she was only trying to get him clean in the shower. lol)

Ah, well, I will enjoy it while I can. The nice part about my school work this week is I am looking up artwork from all my favorite artists: O'Keeffe, Dali, Cassatt. It is warming to my soul, yet I know something.

It won't be long and there will be another change...
