Here is my journey to find out what makes me unmistakable, what brings me joy... and to release the thoughts in my head.

Working and more

That is where I have been. I started my new position as a Head Start Home Visitor for Infants and Toddlers last Tuesday. I have been busy with learning the ropes, as I do not know as much as I thought. :)

Besides that, I have been advocating for Ruth at school, creating a schedule for Brian at home (he is homeschooling this year, plus he began to volunteer 4 hours a day twice a week), and teaching DJ about money and how to gain a better understanding of how to use it. (Yah right.)

Sunday school started this week as well. I was not enthusiastic about teaching, until of course i was in the room with my kids. I love 9 - 11 year olds. they are not fresh, but are willing to learn. They are more like sponges. We have picked out missions for this fall, and explored the story of Passover in Exodus. Starting Thursday, I will be joining choir. I do not know why my friend, Samm, is encouraging me. According to my sister Kathy, I sound like a strangled skunk or something. Hmm, maybe she will comment as to what she really called it 18 or so years ago. I just forgot the exact words. :)

So, if I am not "around" understand, I might be lurking, or will pop in soon. It is a busy world I live in. :)
